By renting a toy from our Service, you agree to pay the applicable rental fee and any additional charges that may apply, such as late fees or damage fees.

All rented toys must be returned within the agreed rental period. Failure to return the toys on time may result in additional late fees.

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

In no event shall Madshades Technologies Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide a notice of the changes on our website or in the app. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
