We offer a broad selection of toys catering to various age groups and interests. Our collection includes educational toys, puzzles, board games, outdoor toys and more. All our toys are carefully maintained to be safe, clean and in excellent condition.

3. What age group is the EleFant suitable for?

the EleFant is designed for children aged 0-12 years, from toddlers to young adolescents. Each toy and book is categorised based on its appropriateness for specific age groups, ensuring both learning and fun are age-appropriate.

4. How does the EleFant ensure the cleanliness and safety of the toys?

The health and safety of our users are our highest priorities. All returned toys undergo thorough cleaning, sanitization and inspection before being sent to another user. We use UV-based sanitization machines, approved by the FDA, to guarantee 100% safe use for your children.

How it Works

1. How does the EleFant model work

Our model operates on a subscription basis. Parents select a subscription plan that best suits their needs, then choose toys from our extensive toy library. Once the selection is made, the toys are delivered straight to their doorstep. When the child has finished playing, the toys are returned and the cycle continues.

2. How does the EleFant subscription work?

Once you subscribe to the EleFant, you can browse our wide collection of toys and books. These will be delivered to your doorstep. After your child has enjoyed the items, you simply return them and pick something new!

3. How can I place an online order?

Ordering with us is simple. Just download our app, choose the toys you'd like, and they'll be delivered right to your door by our trusted delivery partners.

4. What if I don't like a toy I've chosen?

No problem! If you’re not satisfied with a toy for any reason, you can easily return it and pick another one. We aim to provide toys that bring joy and excitement.

5. How often can I change the toys?

The frequency of toy exchange depends on the membership plan chosen by the customer. Please refer to our toy membership plans for more information.

6. How do I return the toys and books?

the EleFant offers a hassle-free return process. You can schedule a pickup any time through our platform, and our representative will collect the items from your doorstep.

7. How does the damage waiver work?

Kids play rough sometimes, and that’s okay! With our damage waiver option, you don’t have to worry about any wear and tear of our toys. The damage waiver covers 100% accidental damage for your child, so you can let them explore and play freely without stress.

8. What happens if I wish to cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Depending on the membership terms, certain conditions or charges may apply. Please refer to our terms of service or contact customer support for further details.

1. What is the role of a Librarian in the EleFant model?

A Librarian in the EleFant model acts as an operations partner. They manage the day-to-day operations, while the EleFant handles technology, marketing, sales and logistics.

Pricing

1. How much does it cost to access toys?

Our subscription plans are designed to be affordable and flexible. You can choose from various options to fit your budget and your child's playtime needs.

We offer two flexible toy membership plans tailored to your needs. Choose the one that suits you best and start your exciting toy journey with the EleFant.

General

1. What if I am not satisfied with the service?

Full Refund:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of activation for a full refund.
After 14 Days:
Quarterly Plan: The entire amount will be deducted, and the plan will remain active for the full quarter.
Annual Plan: Members will be charged ₹1,333 per month for 3 months (calculated based on the quarterly plan price of ₹3,999), with the remaining amount refunded. Members can either continue using the service for the quarter or opt for immediate cancellation after the deduction. Once a refund request is submitted, a return request for all the toys currently in holding needs to be raised. The refund will be initiated in 5-7 business days once the toys are picked up.

A Toy Subscription App offers convenience, affordability, and access to a wide range of high-quality toys for your child’s development. With flexible plans, you can regularly swap toys to keep playtime fresh and engaging.

3. Is the EleFant Toy Library App safe for children?

Absolutely! The safety of your child is our top priority. Our toys undergo rigorous cleaning and sanitization processes, ensuring a safe and hygienic play environment.

4. Are your toys clean and safe?

Yes, the safety and hygiene of our toys are paramount. Each toy is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and safety-checked before and after every use.

5. Can I buy a toy or book if my child becomes particularly attached to it?

Yes, in most cases, you can purchase the item directly from us. Please contact customer support for details and pricing.

6. Who do I contact for any issues or support?

For any issues or support, simply reach out to our customer care team via the app or contact us at support@theelefant.com.

7. What should I do if a toy has missing parts when I receive it or if parts go missing during use?

No worries! Upon receiving the toy, please inspect its contents. If you notice any missing components, inform us immediately. If a part goes missing during use but the toy is still playable, it's okay. However, if the missing part makes the toy unusable, there may be a cost for replacing the part or the entire toy, as applicable.
